Two features of the website https://www.evaporation.com/ enable the collection of personal data.

This data is entered by the user when completing and submitting the contact form, by indicating their consent to the processing of this data for the following purposes: this data is used exclusively by FE by France Evaporation staff to respond to contact requests submitted via this form, using the email address provided by the user.
The newsletter subscription form (located at the bottom of every page of >) collects only the user’s email address when entered into the form.
This data is collected only when the user voluntarily subscribes to the FE by France Evaporation newsletter, by indicating their consent to the transmission and processing of this data in order to receive the FE by France Evaporation newsletter by email, containing company news. As a general rule, FE by France Evaporation sends no more than one newsletter per year, although this frequency may vary in the future.
The data controller will retain all collected data in its computer systems under reasonable security conditions for a period of 3 years.
B. Transmission of data to third parties
Newsletter subscription data is transmitted to MailChimp, an email marketing platform, which implements all technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data processed by MailChimp in the context of the newsletter is processed in the United States, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. Further information on MailChimp’s data protection commitments is available at: https://mailchimp.com/legal/.
The teams of STAMINIC (SIREN 440 280 956), registered at 199 Rue Colbert, Lille (59000), may occasionally access data strictly within the scope of their website maintenance and newsletter design and distribution mission for France Evaporation.

The website https://www.evaporation.com/ is hosted by OVH, a leading web hosting provider, registered at 2 rue Kellermann, Roubaix, 59100. OVH can be reached by phone at +33 9 72 10 10 07.
All data collected and processed by the website is hosted and processed in France.
