In a context marked by rising energy costs and growing decarbonization challenges, FE by France Evaporation is providing industrial players with a new decision-support tool: a free online simulator that quickly estimates the potential energy savings, associated financial gains, and possible environmental benefits for their installations.
This simulator was designed to give industrial operators, engineering firms, integrators and technical partners an initial, quantified view of the energy optimization opportunities within their processes.
> A simple tool for a quick first assessment
This simulator was designed to give industrial operators, engineering firms, integrators and technical partners an initial, quantified view of the energy optimization opportunities within their processes.
It notably estimates the potential for valorizing a heat source in order to cover an existing energy need, and also takes into account different types of thermal sources:
- steam;
- moist air;
- steam/air mixture;
- hot water
By entering a few details about your installation, whether existing or planned, you obtain an estimated range of annual savings, calculated from your technical data: the characteristics of your heat source and the thermal needs to be covered.
Economic data can also be added to refine the estimate of savings and return on investment.
The results, generated instantly, present:
- the expected coefficient of performance (COP) of the installation
- the estimated return on investment
- an assessment of projected electricity consumption
- a quantification of CO₂ emission reductions
> A detailed, personalized estimate in just a few clicks
This data is then made available through an in-depth, personalized report, automatically generated and sent by email in PDF format.
Available in both French and English, the tool was designed to support industrial players worldwide in identifying opportunities for energy recovery and process decarbonization.
Beyond the estimate generated by the simulator, the results can be supplemented by a direct exchange with FE’s teams to refine the technical and economic analysis.
> A tool designed to accelerate decarbonization projects
Energy efficiency projects are often considered a priority, but their real potential remains difficult to assess quickly.
With this new tool, FE enables industrial players to obtain an initial, concrete view of heat recovery and valorization opportunities, without replacing a detailed engineering study, but rather helping to identify the most promising projects and approach the decision-making process with greater confidence.
FE’s experts confirm it: “reducing consumption, cutting CO₂ emissions and gaining in competitiveness are no longer conflicting objectives.”
Heat recovery technologies make it possible to turn an untapped energy resource into a genuine lever for sustainable performance.
FE’s own simulator is the first step in that direction.
