FE by France Evaporation dedicates a significant share of its activity to the development of new industrial applications. These activities are conducted in-house at our laboratory and in direct partnership with several research teams.
Research laboratory
The R&D laboratory of FE by France Evaporation enables the assessment of the chemical and physical feasibility of implementing evaporation, crystallization, and distillation processes across a wide range of products.
Fully equipped, the laboratory provides our engineering teams with the analyses required for plant design and process validation quickly and directly: dry matter content, COD, pH, conductivity, density, particle size distribution, ammonia levels, and more.
The laboratory also enables equipment sizing based on real physical measurements, complementing simulation studies and numerical calculations.
Pilot Unit Validation
Laboratory test results are complemented by trials on industrial pilot units; a capability that few players in the industry are able to offer. Our test units cover a broad range of technologies.
