Cette derni\u00e8re est d\u00e9di\u00e9e au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evaporation.com\/expertise-approche-globale-problematiques-industries-secteur\/traitement-eau-zld-zero-liquid-discharge-recyclage-reutilisation\/\">traitement des eaux us\u00e9es industrielles.<\/a> Ce projet d\u2019envergure s\u2019inscrit pleinement dans la strat\u00e9gie de transition environnementale de notre partenaire. Il illustre \u00e0 la fois le savoir-faire technique de FE et notre engagement en faveur de solutions industrielles responsables. Celles-ci sont con\u00e7ues pour r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux environnementaux actuels et futurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une combinaison technologique au service de la fiabilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019installation repose sur une architecture technologique hybride et performante, sp\u00e9cifiquement con\u00e7ue pour garantir un fonctionnement continu, fiable et s\u00e9curis\u00e9. Y compris sur des effluents complexes et fortement charg\u00e9s.<br>Elle associe :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.evaporation.com\/technologies-expertise-industrie-evaporation-cristallisation-distillation-decarbonation\/evaporation-concentration-reduction\/evaporation-a-flot-tombant\/\">un \u00e9vaporateur \u00e0 flot tombant,<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.evaporation.com\/technologies-expertise-industrie-evaporation-cristallisation-distillation-decarbonation\/evaporation-concentration-reduction\/evaporation-circulation-forcee-stable-depot\/\">un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 circulation forc\u00e9e,<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.evaporation.com\/expertise-approche-globale-problematiques-industries-secteur\/electrification-procedes-economie-energie-decarbonation\/compression-mecanique-vapeur-cmv-reduction-empreinte-carbone-economies-energie\/\">trois Compresseurs M\u00e9caniques de Vapeur (CMV).<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette combinaison permet d\u2019optimiser le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de traitement tout en assurant une excellente stabilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, quelles que soient les variations de charge, de d\u00e9bit ou de composition des effluents industriels. La robustesse du syst\u00e8me garantit une exploitation durable et ma\u00eetris\u00e9e sur le long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une unit\u00e9 performante et enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9e, l\u2019unit\u00e9 fonctionne en autonomie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la<a href=\"https:\/\/www.evaporation.com\/expertise-approche-globale-problematiques-industries-secteur\/electrification-procedes-economie-energie-decarbonation\/compression-mecanique-vapeur-cmv-reduction-empreinte-carbone-economies-energie\/\"> compression m\u00e9canique de vapeur<\/a>, sans recours \u00e0 une source d\u2019\u00e9nergie thermique externe. Elle atteint une capacit\u00e9 de 36 tonnes d\u2019\u00e9vaporation par heure, d\u00e9montrant l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et environnementale du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle annuelle, ce sont 350 000 tonnes d\u2019eaux us\u00e9es industrielles qui seront trait\u00e9es, soit l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de 130 piscines olympiques.
