Con\u00e7ue pour traiter le digestat issu de la m\u00e9thanisation, cette installation incarne une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de solutions industrielles, alliant performance environnementale, efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et simplicit\u00e9 de mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un objectif clair : transformer un r\u00e9sidu en ressource<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le digestat est le co-produit de la m\u00e9thanisation, riche en \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs (azote, phosphore, potassium \u2013 NPK) mais encore trop souvent sous-exploit\u00e9. Notre unit\u00e9 a pour mission de concentrer ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels afin de les valoriser pleinement en tant qu\u2019amendement ou fertilisant, tout en s\u00e9parant une eau ultrapure, directement rejetable dans l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une technologie 100 % \u00e9lectrique, sans \u00e9nergie fossile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au c\u0153ur de notre approche : une conception int\u00e9gralement \u00e9lectrique et z\u00e9ro recours aux \u00e9nergies fossiles. L\u2019installation combine intelligemment deux technologies de pointe :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list fe-list-decorated\">\n<li class=\"fe-list-decorated\">La compression m\u00e9canique de vapeur (CMV) : elle permet de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la chaleur du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9injecter dans le cycle de traitement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"fe-list-decorated\">Les pompes \u00e0 chaleur haute performance : elles assurent un rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique optimal en valorisant l\u2019\u00e9nergie thermique disponible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une solution containeris\u00e9e, pr\u00eate \u00e0 l\u2019emploi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette architecture circulaire, l\u2019unit\u00e9 parvient \u00e0 recycler la quasi-totalit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9nergie utilis\u00e9e, r\u00e9duisant ainsi drastiquement l\u2019empreinte carbone du traitement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autre atout majeur : notre unit\u00e9 est enti\u00e8rement containeris\u00e9e. Cela signifie qu\u2019elle est livr\u00e9e pr\u00eate \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, sans n\u00e9cessiter de b\u00e2timent ou d\u2019infrastructure sp\u00e9cifique sur le site client.
