des unit\u00e9s \u00e0 rejet liquide nul ou minimal (ZLD \/ MLD) pour traiter les effluents aqueux contenant du sulfate de sodium, de l\u2019ammoniac, des NMC et d\u2019autres impuret\u00e9s qui sont respectivement r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s sous forme de cristaux de Na2SO4 anhydres, d\u2019une solution d\u2019ammoniac (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 15 wt%) ou d\u2019une solution de sulfate d\u2019ammonium (30 \u00e0 40 wt%), et d\u2019un g\u00e2teau solide contenant les NMC et les impuret\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Les condensats g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s lors de l\u2019\u00e9vaporation et de la cristallisation peuvent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s avec des unit\u00e9s d\u2019osmose inverse et d\u2019EDI, int\u00e9gr\u00e9es par FE, pour produire l\u2019eau ultrapure n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration des CAM \/ pCAM.<\/p><p>Parall\u00e8lement au syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9vaporation li\u00e9 au pr\u00e9curseur, FE fournit \u00e9galement un traitement des eaux us\u00e9es pour le traitement des effluents g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par des fours de calcination de lithium, qui contiennent \u00e0 la fois des sulfates de lithium et de sodium que NMC sous forme lithium-ion usag\u00e9es et son recyclage joue un r\u00f4le important dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire. La demande de batteries augmente dans les industries \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de carbone.
